To enable service switching and allow or not re-apply contracts: Go to “Powercode Setting“ page (index.php?page=/configure/powercodeSystemInfo.php) and enable “Allow service switching“
When adding a service when the customer has an active signed contract, you can reject the re-signature contract:
If the customer does not have a contact, the option is not available and the contract is automatically added as usual.
