The integration must be active for this button to appear.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Change Status: <\/strong>Allows changing the <strong>Customer<\/strong> between different <a href=\"http:\/\/kb.powercode.io\/knowledge-base\/custom-items-customer-statuses\/\"><strong>Powercode Statuses<\/strong>.<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>Tags: <\/strong><strong>Customer Tags<\/strong> on the <strong>Customer<\/strong> account. <strong>Tags<\/strong> can be created under <strong>Items<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Customer Tags<\/strong> and act similarly to <strong>Customer Groups<\/strong>, but more than one can be added per <strong>Customer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Email: <\/strong>Link takes you to the <strong>Send Email<\/strong> page which allows you to send individual emails to the <strong>Customer<\/strong> account.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Phone<\/strong>: Links call the indicated number on your internet based or smartphone phone app.<\/li>\n<li><strong>View on Map: <\/strong>Displays <strong>Customer<\/strong> location on map. Requires geocoding or <strong>Latitude<\/strong> and <strong>Longitude<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>View Elevation Profile: <\/strong>Shows <strong>Elevation Profile<\/strong> of terrain between customer and nearest tower.
