Job Templates\u00a0<\/strong><\/b>describe information related to the job itself,\u00a0\u00a0Completion<\/strong>\u00a0Templates<\/b>\u00a0consist of a list of customizable fields that will be filled out when the job <\/b>is finished.<\/p>\n

Each\u00a0Job<\/b>\u00a0template<\/b>\u00a0in your system has up to one Completion Template\u00a0<\/b>set for success and up to one designated Completion Template<\/b>\u00a0for failure.\u00a0\u00a0Ywhileou can chose the Completion Templates\u00a0<\/strong>associated to each job template by editing the\u00a0Job Template\u00a0<\/b>under\u00a0Items > Install > Job Templates.<\/b><\/p>\n

Completion Templates<\/b>\u00a0are found under\u00a0\u00a0Items > Install > Completion Templates\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

  • Name:\u00a0<\/strong>The name of the Completion Template<\/strong>.\u00a0 Many customers use generic templates.\u00a0 Others associate specific success and failure templates to each Job<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Require Contract:<\/strong>\u00a0this prompts a Contract<\/strong> created under Items > Contract Templates<\/strong>\u00a0to appear on the mobile device used to complete the job. If a\u00a0Contract<\/strong> is chosen it must be signed to finish completion of any job Success<\/strong> or Failure<\/strong> where this Completion Template<\/strong> is chosen.<\/li>\n
  • Template Fields<\/strong>: Pressing the green plus (+)<\/strong> icon will add a new custom field to the Completion Template.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Submit:\u00a0<\/strong> The\u00a0Completion Template<\/strong> must be submitted before any changes will be saved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Template Fields<\/strong> consist of a name, the type of data to be entered and a value indicating whether they need to be filled out to finish submission of the completion template.<\/div>\n
    Data types available for Completion Template Fields<\/strong> include:\u00a0Text<\/strong>,\u00a0Number<\/strong>, Image<\/strong>, File<\/strong>, and\u00a0Select<\/strong>.<\/div>\n

    Template Fields<\/strong> with data type\u00a0Select<\/strong> offer the completing technician a multiple choice dropdown menu.\u00a0 The first of these is added as an empty field upon choosing\u00a0Select<\/strong> as the data type. Additional\u00a0Select<\/strong> options can be added with the\u00a0Add Select Value<\/strong> button.<\/div>\n
