The ReadyNet<\/strong> Integration can be activated at\u00a0Config > Third Party Integrations > ReadyNet<\/strong><\/p>\n

This page allows you to enter a password and username from rncontrol.com, to credential your Powercode Billing Server and receive ReadyNet<\/strong> information.\u00a0\u00a0Please ensure the entered credentials have any necessary permissions in rncontrol.com.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Information Powercode receives from Readynet<\/strong> should populate on a ReadyNet<\/strong> tab on the Equipment<\/strong> page for any ReadyNet<\/strong> equipment you have.<\/p>\n

Troubleshooting<\/h3>\n

If you don’t see\u00a0ReadyNet<\/strong> tabs populate with information on the equipment page for a\u00a0ReadyNet<\/strong> device:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Make sure that the MAC of the Equipment<\/strong> exists in the rncontrol.com account. This is the information that is pulled into Powercode and nothing will populate if it is missing.<\/li>\n
  2. Check: Config >Third Party Configs > Readynet<\/strong>\n
      \n
    1. Make sure\u00a0ReadyNet<\/strong> is enabled<\/li>\n
    2. Use your credentials to log in at\u00a0rncontrol.com and re-enter them to Powercode hand.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    3. Make sure the Equipment<\/strong> has a ReadyNet<\/strong> Device Type.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    4. Confirm the Device Type<\/strong> uses one of the ReadyNet<\/strong> Monitoring tools under Items> Devices > Device Types<\/strong><\/li>\n
    5. Create a custom report with this query and confirm you see results.\n
       Select COUNT(*) FROM OUI;<\/pre>\n
      These are the MAC addresses in your OUI table the system uses to identify hardware. If there are no results please reach out to support to assist in populating your OUI table.<\/li>\n
    6. Check the Manufacturer<\/strong>\u00a0field on the equipment page. It should read ReadyNet<\/strong>.\n

      1. Verify that the first six digits of the MAC are a\u00a0ReadyNet<\/strong> MAC: 00019F<\/li>\n
