Please head to <b>Admin Mode &gt; Config &gt; Billing<\/b> to change these values.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Allow Invoice Charge Editing<\/b> &#8211; Should users be able to edit or delete charges that have already been invoiced<\/li>\n<li><b>Allowed Invoice Preference<\/b> &#8211; lets you select what invoice preferences (email\/print\/both) should be offered for selection.<\/li>\n<li><b>Auto-Activation Requires Full Payment<\/b> &#8211; If this option is turned on, the customer must pay any balance owed to resume service once disconnected<\/li>\n<li><b>Automatically Change Expired Cards to Manual Pay<\/b> &#8211; This option will automatically change expired credit\/debit cards to manual pay if they are on Autopay.<\/li>\n<li><b>Account Activation Invoice<\/b> &#8211; If turned on, this will automatically create an initial invoice once the customer account changes to active.<\/li>\n<li><b>Automatic Pro-Rate<\/b> &#8211; Turn pro-rating and on or off. Pro-rating applies when a customer status is changed from pre-install to active for the first time.<\/li>\n<li><b>Billing Period and Pro-Rate Calculation<\/b> &#8211; Define how the billing period and pro-rating is calculated when the customer has a fixed day of Bill Due Day.<\/li>\n<li><b>Delinquency Late Fee<\/b> &#8211; Configure a One-Time charge to customers when they are late on their bill payment.<\/li>\n<li><b>Manage Cut-Off Days<\/b> &#8211; Select which days that a delinquent account can be cut off.<\/li>\n<li><b>Late Fee Application<\/b> &#8211; Should the late fee be applied when the bill due by day is reached or when the grace period ends?<\/li>\n<li><b>Minimum Late Fee Amount<\/b> &#8211; What is the minimum balance a customer should have before a late fee is applied?<\/li>\n<li><b>Minimum Shutoff Amount<\/b> &#8211; Auto-Shutoff will not occur unless a customer&#8217;s balance is above this amount.<\/li>\n<li><b>Minimum Credit Card Amount<\/b> &#8211; Credit Card payments must be above this amount.<\/li>\n<li><b>Minimum ECheck Amount<\/b> &#8211; ECheck payments must be above this amount.<\/li>\n<li><b>Currency Symbol<\/b> &#8211; Set the currency symbol used by the billing system, default &#8220;$&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li><b>Credit Card Retry Count<\/b> &#8211; How many times to retry charges before giving up.<\/li>\n<li><b>Charge Accounts On Bill Due Date<\/b> &#8211; Wait to charge on-file automatic accounts until the Bill Due Date.<\/li>\n<li><b>Default Tax Zone<\/b> &#8211; Choose a Default Tax Zone to be populated during the &#8220;Add Account&#8221; wizard.<\/li>\n<li><b>Force Account ID Length<\/b> &#8211; Require all account IDs to be a specific length.<\/li>\n<li><b>Payment Methods Automatic by Default<\/b> &#8211; Payment methods automatic be the default description<\/li>\n<li><b>Show Billing Notes<\/b> &#8211; Choose whether to allow billing notes to be added to a customer.<\/li>\n<li><b>Warn on Overcharging<\/b> &#8211; Warn the user when charging an amount higher than the customer&#8217;s current balance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>There are many non-cycle bill settings in Powercode.
