Under \u201cGeneral Settings\u201d and select \u201cYes\u201d for setting \u201cEnable Ticket Board\u201d. To cancel the filter, click on the remove button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3<\/strong><strong> \u2013 <\/strong>Button to create a new ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4<\/strong><strong> \u2013 <\/strong>Ticket filter menu. These changes will be immediately available to all users who are on the current page. Changes are made by dragging the ticket block either down to change position or between columns to change status (drag &amp; drop). When clicking on the ID, the ticket opens in another tab and this link can be transferred to another user for direct opening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2 \u2013 <\/strong>Basic information<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3<\/strong><strong> \u2013 <\/strong>Ticket Summary<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4<\/strong><strong> \u2013 <\/strong>Ticket Tags. To add a new tag, stand in the field and press enter. To remove a tag, click on the icon \u2013 remove.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5<\/strong><strong> \u2013 <\/strong>Filter ticket log below.
