Register the new BMU<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Go to \u201cNetwork \u2192 BMU Overview\u201d and click \u201cAdd New BMU\u201d button. Select \u201cTarana\u201d BMU type provide Name and API Key from Tarana, click \u201cSave\u201d button. You can change API Key or Name at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Register Device Type<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Go to \u201cNetwork \u2192 Devices \u2192 Device Type\u201d and click \u201cAdd Device Type\u201d. Provide basic information like Name, Category and select \u201cTarana\u201d Monitoring Tool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tarana Configuration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For correct operation and correct change of device statuses, it is necessary to provide a configuration compatible with Taran. In the navigation menu select \u201cThird Party \u2192 Tarana Configuration\u201d. Basic WebHook alerts settings are displayed here and the correct WebHook post back URL can be found.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To set it up correctly, you need to have alerts and a WebHook on Taran’s side already configured. On the Taran portal, go \u201cAdmin \u2192 Webhooks\u201d and click \u201cAdd New Webhook\u201d, fill in the name and URL field (Webhook URL can be found on \u201cThird Party \u2192 Tarana Configuration\u201d page) and click \u201cDone\u201d. On the next window copy secret key and set up in the \u201cThird Party \u2192 Tarana Configuration\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The next step is to create Alerts Configuration on the Tarana side and select \u201cNotification Method\u201d as \u201cNotify via webhooks\u201d, choice WebHook created above and save it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The statuses of the devices are displayed on the left, and on the right Tarana Alert Name. Several alerts can be matched with one status. Setup is complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Subscriber Management<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On the configuration page to mange subscriber set Data VLAN<\/strong> value and SLA Profile<\/strong> for Delinquent<\/strong> (Powercode Customer Status is Delinquent) or Decommissioned<\/strong> customer (Any status that’s not Active or Delinquent). In same time when customer status set to Active<\/strong> the SLA Profile<\/strong> and Data VLAN<\/strong> will be set to the value selected in the service belonging to the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Create Equipment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On the Add Equipment page provide Name (It\u2019s equal to Hostname on the Tarana end and will be update by the API), select Device category and Device Type, fill the \u201cMAC Address\u201d and \u201cSerial Number\u201d of the Tarana device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Update SLA Profile by Service.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On the Add \/ Edit Service page, go to the tab \u201cTarana\u201d and Enabled Tarana Service. Select one of the available \u201cSLA Profile\u201d. To set Data VLAN in the field below enter number: \u201cMin (1) – Max (4091)\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and click save.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Device in TCS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To go from the Powercode to the device in TCS, click Serial Number at the top of the Overview page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This page also displays additional information about the device, like: Azimuth, Height, Title Angle. The log tab displays logs related to this device only. The general log available in the BMU page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customer status change and effect SLA Profile<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When changing the customer\u2019s status to Delinquent<\/strong> from Active the SLA Profile will be set to \u201cMin SLA<\/strong>\u201d. In same time when customer status set to Active<\/strong> the SLA Profile will be set to the value selected in the service belonging to the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Installer Mobile View<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Tarana add \/ edit device available in the Installer View.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CBRS Devices and User Certification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To associate Tarana CPI ID with user, log in and go to the Profile<\/strong> page. In the Certification<\/strong> tab provide CPI ID and click Save<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
