Use the Link sign-in page to open an authenticated browser session for the dashboard and operator tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open Link<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Open the Link URL supplied by Powercode Support or your administrator. It is usually an HTTPS URL such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the server is still using the bootstrap self-signed certificate, your browser may show a certificate warning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sign in<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Enter your username.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Enter your password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select Sign in<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    On a new installation, use the initial credentials supplied by Powercode Support or your administrator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
    Change the initial password immediately when prompted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
    Change a required password<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    If Link says Password update required<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Enter your current password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Enter a new password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Re-enter the new password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Select Update password<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      The new password must be at least 8 characters and must be different from the current password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
      Sign out<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      Select Log out<\/strong> in the upper-right corner when you are done, especially on shared workstations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
      If sign-in fails<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • Invalid username or password<\/strong>: re-enter the credentials or ask an administrator to reset your password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Session expired<\/strong>: sign in again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Authenticated but not authorized<\/strong>: your account does not have the gateway scope required for that page or action. Ask an administrator to update your group membership or API-key scopes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
