Our integration with MailXStream allows you to have invoices automatically printed and mailed to customers. First, you will need to sign up for an account with MailXStream.
Then navigate to Config>Third Party Integrations>MailXStream
Set Enabled to Yes. You can then enter your MailXStream Username and Password and choose the Format (Black and White, Color, Duplex, Duplex Color) and whether the Remittance Envelope is included.
Once this is configured, any customers with an invoice preference of Print will automatically have their invoice sent to them by MailXStream on their bill day. You can also forcibly send the invoices to MailXStream by navigating to Reports -> Batches -> Send Invoices to MailXStream.
