Pre-Delinquent SMS
In the Twilio configurations page (Config->Third Party Integrations->Twilio), there is an option to enable SMS Pre-Delinquent. Enabling It provides a text box. When you save Twilio settings with text in the message field, Powercode will send a courtesy message to your customers (who have opted to receive text messages) at 6 p.m. the day before their account goes delinquent.
